This is a brand new complex with 24 hour security guards it is within 15 minutes walking distance to Old Town Marbella This complex is mainly residential and therefore has community rules, no loud music after midnight or early mornings We would recommend hiring a car This is a no smoking villa although smoking outside in the garden and terrace is acceptable. We are not looking to rent to party groups, we prefer to rent to families and couples and have an age limit of 25. This is a residential gated community so being respectful to the neighbors is paramount. We have on site security and ask our guests to comply with our community rules. No loud music after midnight nor before 10am. If guests do not take their rubbish to the community bins before checking out you will be charged €50.00 it is the responsibility of the guests.
